Walk Day: Sunday, October 14, 2012
Check In: 8:30 am
Start Time: 9:30 am
Length: 5K (3.1 miles)

Walk Day Information:
Bring your collection envelope along with all contributions, completely filled out with team name, team captain, incentive prize choice and Walk site. Additional envelopes will be available at the site.
 
Bicycles and rollerblades are not permitted. Dogs on leases are permitted.

Everyone who raises $100 or more will receive a Walk to Cure Diabetes T-shirt (one shirt per walker)!

Scheduled activities: DJ, Boy Band, Moonwalks, children’s games, face painting, mascots, marching bands, cheerleaders, Polynesian dancers, Harris Kal, and much, much more!
  
Enjoy a light lunch and snacks along the Walk path.

The Walk will be held rain or shine!

Route 53 South to Woodfield Road East. Woodfield Road East under Route 53. Continue North to Golf Road, Golf Road East 1/4 mile to Ring Road (Keep Left) Turn left on Ring Road, Park in 3800 Golf Rd. Parking Lot

From the South or downtown Chicago:
290 West to Route 53 North, Route 53 North to Golf Road East.

From West, downtown or North Chicago:
