Contact government representatives by phone, e-mail or in person, 4-6 times annually when diabetes related legislation is pending.
Walk To Cure Diabetes
Planning – serve on a committee to help plan logistics of the event
Fundraising – form a fundraising team with company contacts and/or family and friends, or serve on a committee to help others fundraise

Represent JDRF at check presentations, employee and health fairs
Serve as a support volunteer (mentor, online support team, support group leader)

Young Leadership Committee (fundraising group for young professionals ages 21-40)

Serve as leader on event/outreach committee or member of our Illinois Board of Directors.
General Office Operations
Help with mailings, photocopies, information packets, data entry, various office work. Available during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM).
