Illinois Chapter Partner Event Program Policies

• JDRF cannot accept money from any event or promotion where the primary source of income or central activity is the sale of liquor, firearms, or tobacco.

• JDRF cannot make any investment, pay for, or reimburse any expenses incurred as a result of an auxiliary event. This means that the event/promotions sponsor must pay all expenses prior to remitting the net proceeds to JDRF.

• JDRFs insurance policy does not cover auxiliary events.

• If your event or promotion involves a raffle or other type of gambling activity, or if you plan to sell or serve alcohol, you may be required to obtain a license from the State of Illinois.
